How Do I Clean Sheet Pans?

Our Sheet Pan is not dishwasher safe, so please hand wash only with mild dish soap and warm water to preserve its surface. If you have a particularly heavy duty mess, soak with warm water and dish soap, or vinegar and baking soda if your sheet pan became burnt. Note that our Sheet Pan can not handle broiler temperatures—our Carbon Steel Roasting Pan is better suited for higher temperatures.
