The Chef’s Pocket Knife is a folding utility knife built for the jobs your chef knife shouldn’t be doing, but probably is. Forged in Thiers, France from high-performance Nitrox® stainless steel, it features a 15° double bevel edge, drop-point blade, and precision locking mechanism. The forged bolster mirrors our full-size kitchen knives for a familiar grip, while the carbon fiber handle keeps it light, strong, and ready for work.

Whether you're behind the line or at home slicing into packaging, digging into a crate of produce, or twisting open a bottle of wine, this knife was made to be your everyday sidekick. With a built-in corkscrew that folds flush, an ambidextrous thumb notch, and secure blade lock, it’s designed to handle everything...so your chef knife doesn't have to.
